As a commercial Scientific Technology Research and Design company we at Laurganic NV i.e. have a Professional Interaction Range where we meet with other Companies, other Scientists and with the International Relations Pceo-Environment. In 2019 our Research Director has communicated with AAAS, the scientific network environment where our Scientific Research Articles can be introduced on a Mainstage in front of our own reading public.

Our Research Director has prepared a draft Doctoral Thesis for a reason and as a consequence our Laurganic NV i.e. Scientific Research Articles by our Research Director are prepared for presentation at the Global Scientific stages relevant in our time and age.

What is takes to become Research Director of a company like Laurganic NV i.e. will become apparent to anyone by simply describing what our current Research Director and President of the Board achieved before acquiring the job of Scientific Research Director. Although it is much more convincing and enjoyable to simply sit back and listen to our Research Director at a Professional Conference or one of our Research Directors Lectures with feedback opportunity for all members of the audience.

1. A person needs to be discovered as a 'scientifically exceptionally gifted individual' before reaching the age of three, by merit of being 'the first in the world' at minimally one thing by that age. Our Research Director was the youngest individual in the world to acquire reading skills and wrote her first book of poetry (Just Thinking (1999)) before reaching the age of maturity at twenty-one. Just authoring a collection of pages is naturally not quite sufficient to advance to the position of Scientific Director, therefor a Linguistic Analysis of this first complete book of verse by that very same Research Director is the least additional demand to have a realistic chance of becoming Research Director, ever.

2. Once a person is beyond any doubt visibly recognizable as a 'scientifically exceptionally gifted individual' that valued human creature must thereafter have distinguished itself by awing an HR Director of any Commercial Company Management Team within a Scientific Research Field preferably closely related to the subject of its exceptional merit. Our Research Director achieved this by developing a range of Scientific Technology Designs after having conducted an extensive scientific analysis (A state of decay (2005)) on Applied Scientific Presentation Technologies and the level of Scientific Technology Adoption visibly present in the International Book Publishing Scene.

3. After a person is both recognized as well as reasonably distinguished within a chosen scene, it is hugely important to prove the scientific merit of that persons Scientific Research Catalog. Our Research Director has achieved more than just that by expanding on the Scientific Technology Designed with a Scientifically improved Method of Chemical, Biotechnological and Technology-Environmental Interaction Consequences and Range Variance analysis (Unrecorded Laboratory Notes (2009)). We all know paper is made from trees and books can be burned at waste facilities, but rare books as found in many private Scientific Collections often have various paints and inks on their pages containing metals, such as gold dust, and even hazardous substances or toxins. The Interactions with Humans, Plants and Rocks are now easily assessed.

4. Finally a Scientific Research Director has a strong sense of purpose acquired during years of conducting research, either in a home laboratory or on a variety of field locations. Apart from a large catalog of work conducted as a Research Scientist a future Research Director can expand that position with a variety of Consultancies on Boards and in Assessment Groups. One challenge often discussed at acceptance of an assignment is the remuneration of the team members. To overcome that challenge our Researcher Director has developed a range of practically tested solutions (Alternative Financing Strategies that work (2012)) aimed at Scientific Researchers and Practitioners. Classical Finance Topics such as International Real Estate and Art Management lie at its core.

In 2013 our Research Director secured a part time PhD research position at Delft University of Technology by closing a 'contract' which is legally binding under Dutch Law. The final Doctoral Thesis Publication by which our Research Director will achieve the title of Doctor of Philosophy includes scientific research conducted as a Research Director (advancing from Scientific Consultancy Director) at Laurganic NV i.e. between 2013-2019 and is planned for defense and publication in 2019.
